rev:text	I will start off by saying i have 3 dogs and 1 cat and have experienced many animal hospitals over the last few years and this is by far my favorite ever. It is always friendly. I have worked with nearly every veterinarian at this clinic and they have all been good and for a while i would just been seen by who ever was first available however i now request to be seen just by Dr. Vasques as she always greets my dogs by name, she remembers everything about them and is so friendly with both our dogs and my husband. She never orders unnecessary medications or exams. We were taking our older dog to the initial vet we saw when we first moved here and just recently transitioned him to grand montecito and they were so much better with him, he is a very spunky Shih Tzu who can be a little too much to handle but Dr. Vasques was great with him despite his resistance. This place also offers military discount which isnt much but always great to save a little money. I would highly highly recommend this Vet! on a side note i had a friend who needed to put to sleep her dog and she didnt want to go to her primary veterinarian due to her dogs already high anxiety when going there so i recommended she try grand montecito she said Dr. Lewis was extremely helpful in getting her through this very difficult time and comforted her and her dog in their final moments together, they allowed her to say goodbye as long as she wanted and to let them know when she was ready.
