Well my 7 year old was seen here the other day and I must say... I am disappointed at the bedside manner of Irene, who didn't seem to care at all about my daughter's fears or the fact that she wasn't even given a choice of scents of nitrous. Irene automatically gave her the "bubble gum " flavor, when in fact, my daughter kept telling her she didn't want it and was crying about it. So my mother finally asked Irene if there were other flavored to choose from and Irene stated "yes". So why the heck do you not give a child the choice to begin with? You have a child become so upset and agitated? Really? Purely pathetic and insensitive. I will be looking for another Kid's dentistry who will make all my children feel secure and safe
