The staff was friendly and Rick, the owner, went above and beyond to show me southern hospitality. The beans are amazing! The sprinkled brisket in the beans takes it above and beyond. The ribs are fall off the bone fantastic. I like the dry rub on the ribs rather then covering up the taste of delicious meat in sauce. Rick gave me a juicy tidbit of information that peach cobbler was coming to the menu soon. I can't wait to come back and try that next. I have shrimp and links to still try along with some of the sides like fried okra. My favorite sauce was the tangy sauce. It's interesting because it's not thick and it's different than anything else I have ever tried. It adds a oompf to the meat so it really does make a delicious accompaniment.
