| - Wow!!! I am sorry but this place needs some work when it comes to... Well almost EVERYTHING!!! I hardly ever give a single star and in all honesty, if I could, I would give this place -1 star!!!!! I went here with my Scion Tc, which I take VERY good care of! I noticed a fresh spot of bird poo on the hood (this is important to my review) this morning and decided I needed a wash.
After making it onto the rack with no assistance, the man cleaned the front of my car, and on I went with a wet towel and air freshener (you get these with the 9.99 wash which is the highest priced other than having full service) I used their free vacuums and noticed the bird poop that brought me here was STILL on my hood along with lots of dead bugs... Now for this reviews sake, I just had my car washed at Danny's not even a week and half ago so...
Either way, after vacuuming, I went inside to ask if we could run me through again... After several minutes of trying to determine if the girl walking around with her back to me, on her phone, worked there or not, I got her attention by asking her so. I very nicely explained my issue with bird poo still on hood and dead bugs and let her know I usually don't complain but could we run me through again as this was why I came in. She did not offer any sympathies, simply asked what my car was, and began walking away... Being confused I asked what to do; she then said "oh yeah pull around " ... I did just that, went through same process again, after having to explain why I was pulling up again (guess she was walking away to talk on her phone again?) one man did eventually tell the man who doesn't help guide you into the rack to run me through again....
I will now try to sum this up- the bird poo is STILL there!!!! Now, unless this is some sort of 'super sonic bird poo' I am confused as to why the initial 'scrubbing' the man gives and the wash itself doesn't remove it??
IF your looking for good customer service; this ISNT the place for you! IF your actually wanting your car CLEANED... This ISNT the place for you!! The girl on her phone, did not ask if everything was okay when I came back in for my receipt ( which she had taken and thrown away) in fact, she didn't ask a darn thing! Other than last 4 of my cc to reprint receipt!!
Oh, and the 'mail in rebate' advertised when you purchase the wash... Forget it!! There is no information provided on your receipt! Good luck getting it from the clearly distracted employees (they may not have all been on phones but none seemed to care).
I snapped a photo after the second wash and will post. Tried to keep it short but... Felt you needed to know my car wasn't even that dirty to begin with!!!
