  • I had really high hopes for this dealer but after just a 10 min office vist I wouldn't want to buy anything there. The first guy we spoke with was very nice and easy to talk to but since my nephew filled out a credit app online we were directed to brianna, at first glance she was very pretty but do t let that fool you. It's a no no no out of her from the start. She is very degrading and negative to the entire process. Just asking simple questions she responds with direct negative opinions in a very condescending tone. My nephew worked so hard to save up for his potential new car and she made the experience unbearable before we even got to see talk business. Unfortunately they have the best priced m3 in the city but either way customer service and patience is absolutely the most important part of any deal. Today they loose a customer. Tomorrow hopefully they grow from this experience.
