  • If only I could rate as a "0". They do everything possibly to mark up your end cost without saying a single word. The "estimated charges" were almost triple the initial online reservation. I asked the agent why it was so high. She reassured me that it was only due to the predicted fuel charge. I get my final invoice today and it's double what I was told I would pay ! I called customer service twice (the first time the rep hung up on me). Now they're giving me the run-around. Trust me, stay away from this company !
