  • I also have the monthly $39.99 full detail membership and have been a member since their grand opening also. My experience is quite the opposite however. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I love the fact I see the same faces every time I go there. That is a pretty HUGE factor in my book. Seeing the same faces, vs turnover says this company at the least has a great foundation. If you look at the opening day photo on the wall in their lobby, you can see several people still work there. Their employees are happy, and it's evident with their great customer service. Because its the same people every time I go, which is approx 2 - 4 times a week, they know what I like. They know my vehicle inside and out, and I like that. I don't have to repeat myself every time I go. I can also serve as witness seeing the volume of vehicles in their full-service bay gradually increasing. All signs this company is doing something right and I hope they're around for a long time. More and more are catching on and I hope they open others just like it.
