  • Our tech from poolman came on Tuesday for the normal routine service. Today is Sunday and the pool is green...again. This is the 4th time in the past couple of months our pool isn't useable. There is absolutely no excuse for this sort of poor service. Every time I ask what is going on, the tech doesn't know and puts loads of chemicals in on top of their salt system. Then we can't swim for a few days because of the chemicals. Their charges for repairs are from 1/3 to 1/2 more than other companies. Do yourself a favor and find a local reputable company to take care of your pool.
