rev:text	Got the room off of a Groupon Deal for a conference a relative was attending in Scottsdale; specifically given the option to select two queens or one king. Upon check in, noticed that the front desk lady was slightly rude and unfriendly and we were surprised when we walked in to see that they had given us a king when we had specifically requested two queens due to a medical issue my father has. Called the front desk lady for her to only say that the Wyndham has never "had the option of two queen size beds". One of our party members decided to sleep on the floor and we requested extra linens to make a small bed on the floor and the front desk woman proceeded to hang up on us; complaining that the line in front of her was too busy and the hotel was sold out and, essentially, she would get to us when she got to us. We then called the front desk about 15 min later to again request linens and this time, a man answered and said he had linens and pillows for us to pick up downstairs. On the elevator ride back up, we learned that they had overbooked rooms and one man had walked into a room with luggage already in the room and the front desk had simply told the guy to "deal with it himself". The next morning, someone walked into our room with a working key and walked out immediately. Now for the room itself, wifi kept crashing and the sleep number bed didn't work and was as hard as a rock. This review gets its single star from the nice breakfast ladies, the free breakfast, and the nice daytime front desk attendant. I suggest The Clarendon a few blocks down; not that much more and so much better in terms of customer service.
