  • Quinn did a fantastic job explaining the issues to me very clearly and sticking through the end of the job (3 whole hours!). He is clearly a knowledgeable professional who has great experience and awesome customer service. I called him in a panic at 3 pm, he was at my house 2 hours later, and was able to address all of my issues. I will definitely use APEX in the future, and will refer them to my friends.
