  • It takes a lot to impress a girl like me. And unfortunately what Suede had wasn't good enough! My cousin was in town and I wanted to show her a good time in Scottsdale (Hey, sometimes you can!). This obviously was not the place to come on a Saturday night. I mean, don't get me wrong, it was nice. Good music, ok crowd, places to sit... But it may have been more chill if it hadn't been for the moment I had walked in the door that some guys weren't scrambling over to buy me and the cuz a "drink". I love the confirmations from time to time that I'm attractive but give a girl at least a few minutes to get settled in the club, damn! Plus little to no one was dancing, the drinks were overpriced and watered down, and to top it all off, there wasn't enough attractive men to gawk at to keep my attention long enough to stay. I spent a good time apologizing to my cousin for this blunder too, she still loves me but suggest we only go out back home in SF. Seriously, spent like 30 minutes here. And in my opinion that was just way too long.
