  • Sad to read the most recent review on the ac. You must live in a top unit? I actually am cold with mine set at 76. I am on a bottom unit. I used to live in another apt complex and was on a top unit, I learned my lesson. My bill was always $400 plus in the summer. Has to be the 110' AZ heat. Otherwise I like this quiet place with lots of trees. Feels cozy. Maintenance is always kind and prompt, things fixed same day. Since the new managment has taken over the place is even cleaner then it was before, new landscapers and new pool chairs. Apartments are hard to be 100% happy in, apartment life is nothing like a house. Ya make the best of it and for me, this has been the best.
