On a scale of 1 to 100 (with 100 being of highest satisfaction), I give them -100. I wish wenhad the option to give no stars. That's still giving them way toooooo much satisfaction. I had intrrnet service for 1 yr without any problems. Well, I upgraded to prism on one tv 6 weeks ago and I promise I'm not exaggerating with my review. I have had technicoans out to service my internet 3 times (my kids cannot even do their homework). My bill has been jacked (literally) up for the last 6 weeks and right now it is more than three times what I was quoted. I spent 1hr and 36 min on the phone with them tonight for them to tell me to call back tomorrow. I still have 10.5 months of service before contract is over. This is exactly why I usually prepay for everything without a contract. Now I'm stuck and really irritated. PLEASE NEVER USE CENTURY LINK. THEY ARE EVEN WORSE THAN COX. They admit they screwed me, but refuse to correct errors. I'm reporting them to the BBB next. I hope this helps someone not get screwed......
