  • You can definitely tell the difference between the a local company and the big national yahoos. Service is great. When you call someone actually answers the phone. No auto attendant or menus or "para la prensa española dos". Just good ole fashion American service. Water is good, equipment is good, delivery drives is friendly as is everyone I've talked to at White Water. The only issue I've had is I occasionally get a past due notification or an invoice with an amount due, when they have my credit card on file. No big deal...a quick phone call and the problem is gone.
