  • Eloff and Gary helped me find my first home here in Las Vegas. I was looking in a particular area in a price range within my budget so my selection was limited. Needless to say a home popped up that I really liked and we went to look at it on a Sunday. They wrote the offer that day and it was accepted the followed day. There were a few minor issues with the condition of the home but Eloff and Gary had the seller contribute towards my closing costs to offset the expense. They even purchased a home warranty for me to cover any issues that might arise for the next year. We closed in 30 days and I am exited to start fixing my home up. Thank you for your great customer service and making my first time home buying experience a good one.
