  • We have been working with Elite Appliance via our homewarranty company oneguard homewarranty and had really good experience with this company. Appt Scheduling: I have mostly spoken with Arriana and she has been very helpful in scheduling appts, even with tentative appts. She always calls to confirm, provides periodic updates. Service: Tanner is THE GUY, he has helped us with fixing dishwasher/ dryers/ washing machine/ microwave everything. He is very patient and explains what he is doing and timelines of when it will get fixed (in case parts need to be ordered). Very detail oriented, yet efficient. At times I have been on my own client calls, and he has waited very patiently for me to become available. Very professional and trustworthy. They are flexible in working with our warranty company as well, so we are only dealing with one company. Overall excellent team, would highly recommend.
