| - OMG, upon entering this dark and dirty place with their plastic chairs, I knew I was in for trouble. Only 2 tables with patrons at 12:30 pm lunch time. Everyone there used a walker. No offense, but that crowd is not exactly up on food typically. Had to clean the chairs at my table before I could sit down. I knew what the last people ate by their crumbs.
Very bad menu. Nothing authentic, nothing pub like. Some phony fish and chip dish and nothing else but sandwiches, pizza, steak, sliders, artichoke dip, wings, wraps, quesadilla, etc. You get my drift! What pub serves pizza? Definitely trying to please everyone and not pleasing anyone, I am sure. At least not me. Ordered the strip steak cuz it was the cheapest deal on the menu. Not terrible actually at $4.99 with salad, potatoes and industrial dinner roll. Knew I didn't want to spend anymore cuz it would be awful, so went with the value priced item so I wouldn't be too upset in the end. My daughter had the sliders which were overcooked and dry. The worst part were the french fries and tater tots. Both totally dry, tasteless, industrial frozen version.
BUT, the piece de resistance came when I asked for a box to wrap up my daughter's leftover sliders and after I put them in the container and was about to put them in a bag, I noticed the filthy black dots all over the take out container. I was totally disgusted and needless to say, did not bring them home. The waitress asked if I wanted another box. Imagine, like I would eat that food if it changed boxes after touching this one!
I had to give it a 1 star, because there is no 0 star rating. Stay clear folks! It doesn't get any worse than this.
Oh yes, forgot to mention that this restaurant was the one that just encouraged me to sign on for a Yelp account tonight.
