  • I had a brisket slider at a recent event where this food truck was featured. Maybe because they were prepping for a large quantity, I did not find this slider very good. It was not warm, and the meat was dry. The flavor was bland, as well. I'd say this was the least memorable thing I ate in all of my time in Vegas.
