  • First, earlier today my husband has a flight scheduled at 8 am and he arrived at the airport by 7, parked his car and went in, he texted me at about 7:30 saying his plane already went and the guy told him he didn't think he'd make it at 30 minutes before boarding time. Really? Second, This is a business flight he's attending, and him being there at that time meant he's on time.. I believe there's not even an announcement or last call of his name and they just decided to leave him so he's on the next flight at 9:40am. This isn't professional at all. Third, It clearly states on the Plane ticket that he's supposed to be there 30 mins earlier but lo and behold, not a minute to waste and they left him just like that ! Very disappointed
