  • There have been numerous occasions where I have called ahead to get a cab and have either not received a call back or was late to the event. There is no effort to ensure you get to your destination and the drivers choice to pick a fare makes you, a paying customer, an option. Last, cabs consistently drive past you when you try to wave them down in the streets. By far the worst service I have ever dealt with by a "company".
