I was excited to try this nail salon that just opened up right next to my house. I walked in and for the most part it is clean, but you can tell they're still working on getting the place full. I sat down and the manager started on my nails. A few nails in he switched seats and had someone else take over. She was late to work. Immediately after taking over she starts complaining about her personal life and how she doesn't have money. She repeatedly cut me as she was drilling down the gel on my nails. I asked her repeatedly to be careful as I was bleeding. But she continued to be rough because she was having a bad day. When we finally got to painting the nails, she didn't have me wash my hands and all the powder from the drilling was underneath the work area and there was so much residue on the color. The paint job was so horrible I had to redo it. She said "what's the problem." The problem is, your attitude sucks and you're taking it out on my nails and cutting me. If you don't want to come to work then find another job!
I wasn't even offered a color pallet to pick my color I had to walk around the entire store to pick my color. When I told the manager about the attitude of the woman, he said sorry and offered 10%. She did not do a good job on my nails. Everything started lifting after 4 days. Clean salon, but customer service is important and they didn't care if I was going to come back or not. I wouldn't.
