  • Service is horrible!! Do not use!! I called on Tuesday to make a appointment to move a small piano to my house. I didn't receive a call back till that Friday and that should have been my first clue. The owner told me they would pick up the piano at 2:30pm on Saturday. I received a call at 2:30 and said they couldn't be there till 4:30. Later they called back and said it would be 6:30. They showed up at my house at 8:30pm and then demanded I pay in cash because their credit card machine was broke. I told the owner I had a check or a credit card and he told he to go to a ATM and the movers would wait there. I told him they would have to come back tomorrow and he said he would then charge me a holding fee. Horrible service and I would not recommend using them!
