  • I have 3 dogs, all gentle house dogs. They have been to Bark Avenue for nail clipping and shampoos and hair cuts. I made an appointment for my lab mix for a shampoo. They said they needed a record of his shots. So I brought in the record from a shelter in Oklahoma where I had rescued Pistol. The rude lady in charge said he was missing a shot and would not allow him to be shampooed! Did not tell me what was missing, since he came from a shelter I was sure he had all necessary vaccinations. Ok here is the kicker.......he had been groomed there in the past! And Pistol is as sweet and well behaved as any dog as you could find. This lady was extremely disgusting and rude. Will find a new groomer.
