My wife got talked into purchasing a couple nights at a discounted rate if we listened to a two hour time share. We had a short two night stay which was enjoyable. Overall the property is very nice, no complaints about the studio room we were given it was a step above your typical hotel room. Pool and multiple hot tubs are very nice. No bar service outside I guess because its "winter" even though almost 80 degrees. No casino which is fine. I did not like how far it was from all the action and there is no shuttle service so you have to walk a lot or take a cab or bus. There is also no restaurant to eat at here so again you have to leave the property.
The sales presentation was not good. We had a very nice but brand new sales person who was learning her job and really new very little about the details of the time share. The financial guy who came next ran through the numbers so quickly my head was spinning and again he really didn't cover some important details. Finally we had to talk to a 3rd guy the manager who again tried to close us on the deal I kept telling them we would think about it but were not prepared to purchase it today. Kind of a hard sell didn't like the pressure and 3 different people trying to close felt like I was in a used car showroom. Once the manager figured out we were not buying he walked us to the check out area and abruptly left without saying a good bye or thanks for your time or if you change your mind here is my card or leave us with any information at all that we could read about and study the opportunity. He just turned around and left without saying anything off to the next victim. I am in sales and these guys need some serious training. Anyway other than that it was an enjoyable stay. I inquired about staying an extra night and they wanted $179 which is way over priced compared to over upscale hotels on the strip so we declined and will not likely be staying here again.
4 stars for the hotel and staff. 1 star for the sales presentation people so giving it a 3 star overall.
