  • I bought a new car from Brandon, (with help from Frank and Dennis) at Tempe Kia, and my overall experience was very pleasant. I had done a lot of research before going in and originally I wasn't even sure if I wanted a Kia or what. The guys were really patient and took the time to show me some cars, and they kept saying that they'd make me the best offer. After about 2-3 days I had gone around to some other dealerships in the area that also sold Kia, and I wasn't as impressed. Brandon especially was able to sit down with us and talk about numbers and how we weren't paying more than we needed to be. Even when I asked him about maybe buying used instead of new, he showed us some cars they had in stock and we looked at those as well. Overall, car buying can be a real nightmare, but with these guys I felt no fear, and was comfortable driving my new car off the lot.
