Ya know that saying, "You get what you pay for?" That applies here. I've been there twice with two different cats. I have one cat who freaks out at the vet. Typically I have to give him valium to calm him down. You're not allowed to be with your animal while they're being examined or getting shots. I don't like this. I want to be able to ask questions and be informed of my pets health. My other cat was taken there to get neutered. He was fine, however, I was bothered that when I walked in I saw a dog on an operating table with his legs up in the air. I presume the dog was getting fixed but seriously...close the door. Nobody needs to see that. And isn't that a bit of a sanitary issue? Personally, I'll never go back, regardless of how broke I might be. I'd recommend Gateway for pet care instead. It's slightly more expensive but still way cheaper than a private veterinarian and the care is a million times better.
