  • I love JCPenney. I am a long time frequent shopper, rewards member, and retail credit cardholder. That is why, despite the constant state of chaos that this store is in, i have continued to return. Today was the last time. I suppose it's my fault, attempting to shop in a knee brace with a sprained knee, but I needed to find something specific for work today, so I popped in. Not only was the women's department and clearance section unshoppable, it was dangerous. The store is currently having an extra 40% off clearance, which could have been fun to shop, had the floor not been littered with clothes and hangers. Unfortunately for the gentleman in a wheelchair in the aisle, and myself, it was too dangerous to shop. Hello, store manager, corporate,.....look up ADA. Corporate needs to WAKE UP. The shopping conditions here are not only abhorrent, they are illegal.
