All the negative reviews you read on body heat tanning are overall true. First off, understand that they are corporately owned which makes a huge difference in the way any issues that come up are handled and the bulbs in their beds are rarely changed to my experience. I have had a membership for a couple of years. They used to be known as the best. I recently tried to cancel my membership. I sent an email. 4 days no response. I sent another email and waited again. 9 days later, I finally got a response. That's just ridiculous and unacceptable. So, because it took them 9 days to respond, I end up paying for 9 days longer. This is bad business. You should be able to put your 30 day notice in immediately whether at a location or according to the date you sent the email. If you do your research, you can find a better place to tan with new bulbs, cheaper prices and even an owner on site.
