  • I'm a spin instructor on the side and came to PHX to visit one of my best friends for a weekend. Naturally, I wanted to take spin with her at her favorite studio, the MIC! I loved my experience there, from the second I walked in the door. The greeter was super friendly and welcoming, and I loved what SEED had to offer - just looked since we were getting brunch elsewhere post-class. I keep my NOT VODKA water bottle with me and it's a fun souvenir :) We took a super energetic packed class taught by Brian at 945A. His music was on point and he was so full of life and energy. My only issue was how LOUD the music was. It was like walking out of a rock concert afterward. Our ears were ringing for a good hour. Not trying to be an old fart, but when you can't understand the instructor over the loud music, it's a double issue. Otherwise, grade A from me! Keep doing what you're doing, MIC.
