  • Club/Decor = 4 stars My particular experience this time = 2 stars Security Guards = 0 stars This was my second time at Tao after an enjoyable first experience two years ago. This time around I was with a bachelorette party and I had fun up until the point when our bride got thrown out of the club at 11:30pm for stumbling. She had tripped (due to the crowds) and the guard mistaked that for being drunk (which she wasn't). We tried to explain what happened and the guard didn't appear to care. She was escorted out immediately and they took her driver's license number so she couldn't return. So thank you Tao for ruining my friend's Bachelorette Party. I understand guards run into unruly people all the time but they could at least listen to a person's explanation. Besides guards that don't understand, my next complaint really applies to all Vegas Clubs and that is they are too crowded. These clubs let so many people in that it gets impossibly crowded to the point that you have to spend most of your time just trying to maneuver yourself around instead of having fun. A few things I liked about Tao were the club's decor and all the girls posing in bath tubs and on beds. Also, through our hook up we got free drinks from 10-11pm which was cool. Their balcony serves as the smokers pen and if you don't mind all the smoke there is actually a really nice view of the strip. Finally, I loved their big dance floor but unfortunately due to the crowds I barely got to use it. I would have loved to dance more except that there was so many people security guards were constantly telling me and my friends we had to move more into the dance floor or leave the dance floor. I would have complied with the security guards wishes but I couldn't move in and I couldn't move out because there was bumper to bumper people.
