  • Had an appointment and they didn't start my gel manicure until 35 minutes after my appointment time. Didn't offer me water or a place to sit, I understand you're busy but as a first time customer I was not happy about the customer service. They acted like they didn't know what nail polish color was when I asked for a certain color and were extremely low on the one color I ended up picking. I left with nail polish all outside of my nails on the skin and a bloody finger. Sad because I live so close and was really hoping this nail salon would be good.
