  • While visiting from San Diego, I took my Mom who has Dementia and is in wheelchair, to pick new frames. The owner was wonderful and knew exactly how to connect with and work with my Mom. Sharon was equally helpful throughout the process. Glasses were mailed to nurse's station where my Mom lives and when they didn't arrive when expected, Sharon followed up. Mom likes her new glasses. I was kept in the loop. An all around good experience. Renee Barnow
