  • I have been ordering from them since half a year ago and I've always been impressed! The meals are just the right portion for me to maintain sufficient body weight, and are actually healthy! I always thought that it was challenging to make delicious and healthy meals, but Healthy Alternative has definitely achieved this feat. The BBQ chicken breasts are juicy and tender and goes very well with the sauce that they always keep on the side. Another one of my favourites is their stir fry sweet potato noodles with beef and bok choy, incorporating a bit of fusion cuisine there :) Their delivery service is also on point and quite flexible with requests; just e-mail them and they will respond promptly. The only thing I would like to see more of is somehow making the containers more environmentally friendly? Anyhow, Healthy Alternative is a now part of my routine and a partner in a demanding lifestyle! They have helped relieve the stress in my busy days and provided the nutrition for me to do what needs to be done! Keep up the great job and help more people stay healthy and energized in our fast paced world today!
