  • I was at Black Bear on Saturday, November 11th, 2017 ordered a soft shell crab burger and spaghetti and when the food got to my table both the crabs were cold, the fries were soggy, soft, cold and tasted like it was frozen fries from the grocery store. For the price point, this was a really bad experience. Never again!
