  • I asked for a quote, which was provided over the phone as an estimate. I was advised to have a representative come to my house tonight at 5:45pm to assess the items I need to move. Unfortunately, 6pm rolls by followed by 6:30pm followed by 7pm followed by a no-show. There was absolutely no phone call or communication of being late or anything. The guy ended up being a no-show with zero phone calls. Unfortunately, I can't help but think this is a representation of how the company does business. So, I for one have decided to take my business elsewhere. My time is important, but I don't believe it is with this company
