  • Absolutely terrible experience. I've had some bad experiences with incompetent freight delivery companies (man there are some bad ones out there), but these boys get the academy award for pure incompetence. It's breathtaking to behold and shocking at the same time!!! All these guys had to do was deliver a wall bed. I was given a time of 9 am to 1 pm. 1:30 rolls around and nothing and like most reviews on here (I had ordered from Wayfair) I called Wayfair and said they were late. Wayfair lady called and said she just got the answering machine of the delivery company. She says "they probably running a little late, (a LITTLE late?) and they should be there soon. They are usually one of the better ones! (Good god, what are the bad ones like?)." Oooookay. 1:50 pm rolls around and call from drivers come in, I get a garbled background, what sounds like a speaker phone but being transmitted somewhere from Mars with barely discernible speech that didn't even sound like English. They hang up, I call back, at some point a human that spoke English somehow managed to say out of the static, "Are you there? Yes? Okay we'll be by in about a half hour." Then hang up before I could say a word. No apologies, no previous calls warning they were running late and giving an estimation of arrival. 3 pm rolls around, still no call no show. So I call the driver's number again, I hear some laughing for a few seconds then gets sent voice mail. I had had enough, I informed the driver I was cancelling. I get an email at 3:30 saying the new estimated drop off time was between 1-4 pm. ARE YOU SERIOUS??! So they blew their drop off by 4 hours essentially costing me a day of work and didn't receive my product. I called Wayfair and told them what happened and the lady was very understanding and refunded me in full and gave a coupon for a future purchase if I wanted. As long as they use this delivery service I will NEVER order from Wayfair. Those drivers clearly didn't give a damn about my entire day waiting for them that was wasted. Further, I think the noise on the phone was the workers playing a prank or game on me pretending not to hear me. They never apologized and I even heard laughing in my last call. This happened on Friday December 1 that was set for a delivery at 4525 Dean Martin Dr in case the company cares about customer service and wants to fire those workers involved. And they should be fired, look at how many negative reviews have similar experiences. It's also partly Wayfair's responsibility for clearly hiring such an inept and incompetent delivery service to represent them. Clearly this is not the first time there have been problems. Why doesn't Wayfair fire Blue streak? It's beyond me!!! TERRIBLE experience. If I buy furniture online in the future or any large item that needs freight delivery, I will forfeit business with that company if I ever have to use Blue Streak again. They should be OUT of business.
