  • Management of these stores could take a lesson from Costco. Costco's stores are so full of people that you can't move. Sam's basically empty. Reasons: 1. Costco provides riding cars. About 50 per store. Tough to walk around these huge stores. Sams has 3. Horrible management. 2. People standing in line while employees stand in front chatting. 6 or 8 girls all in a group standing around talking, while, customers stand in line. Unacceptable. 3. Costco provides boxes to haul out your purchases. Sam's has nothing. They treat the customers like dirt. 4. Costco is easy to get out. Sams has 1 little old lady at the door checking purchases and she has to hand out coupons for future visits. Bullshit. Get people out the door and quit screwing around. Fire the senior management and bring in managers that know how to satisfy the public!!!!!
