  • Absolute worst experience ever!!!! I called this store early from work yesterday to confirm they had some more of a sweater I previously bought from here. The person on the phone confirmed they still had them. After work, I drove allllll the way from Green Valley to come pick them up (I was buying another one for me and two for my sisters as we were all going to wear these to take pics) Anyways, I get to the store around 8pm and inquire where I can find the sweaters on the rack. I was then told we don't have them anymore. I replied "well that's interesting because I called earlier and they confirmed that you did have them still." The young lady then proceeds to ask the girl working the register and she states "yes we have them but they have been boxed up and put away for next season" They then began to ask me questions like "who did you speak with?" "What time did you call" "Are you sure it was this store?" At first they claimed they were placed up high in a box and she wasn't sure which box it was in but they would call their manager. They called one person, got no answer. She called someone else and then walked to the back (I guess pretending to have a conversation) She then comes back and states "no one remembers talking to you" I was appalled, I'm thinking to myself does it really matter?! I'm trying to SPEND MONEY in your store. Then she changes the story to "their somewhere else, they are not in this store." Wait, what?! That totally contradicted her previous statements that she was calling the manager to see what box they were in! After driving all that way I had HAD ENOUGH! The customer service here is deplorable!! And they clearly don't care about making a healthy size sale! I will never shop here again, nor will I ever recommend that my friends shop here. STAY AWAY!!! They lie, they are unfriendly, and they flat out don't care about helping the customer!
