  • Amazing products, HORRIBLE customer service. Oro Gold is my Mother's number one choice when it comes to skincare. Since she's in town we decided to stop by and pick up a few items to replenish her skin care products. We were greeted by a kind associate who gave us a sample and guided us to a table where we were introduced to Leah. Leah was very welcoming (at first) by giving compliments and doing the run around as many cosmetic places do. She claimed to have her own Oro Gold Store in Hawaii and moved to LV for a change of pace. Once we got down to negotiating the price for certain products her attitude went from sweet and kind to saying "you want it, you buy it. You don't, then you don't buy it" and "you want it or not." Her attitude towards my mother was very off putting and incredibly RUDE. Leah would not even look us in the face as she spoke her last words as we were leaving the store. We let the kind associate at the entrance of the store know about Leah's poor behavior and lack of customer service and she said she would talk to her about it. To the management of Oro Gold at The Forum Shops, I urge you to place your staff in some kind of customer service training. The treatment we received from Leah today was classless and will insure that this establishment will not be successful in the future. For the price of your products, your customers want to feel special. Customer service provided should be top notch to make sure that they bring their business back to your Oro Gold store.
