Worst customer service I have ever encountered. In trying to extend my reservation I spent over an hour on 3 different calls , rude agents, and at the end finding out I can't extend over the phone or online, I have to go all the way in to the airport to do so. After being hung up on by agent "Valerie", I will return my car and rent from a different car rental. If this is how they work for extensions and wanting to give them more money, can you imagine if you had a real problem how they would handle it.
