  • First time here. I am not a fan nor am i coming back. Customer service, grooming was a let down. The groomer who cut my schnauzers hair mentioned my dog was over it but she was over it. Left my dogs face unfinished, unbalanced and pretty chopped up. Was not going to continue asking her to finish a job she knew was not up to par. If a client asks for something specifically you try to make it happen. She simply was over it and handed over my dog without an approval from us. I was pretty shocked at the fact she was so disinterested in her "effort" to give my baby a proper haircut. My dog looks like she has bags under her eyes and two large uneven chunks of hair missing right underneath. I gave her instructions but she said she had never seen that specific request yet she did not do what i asked. I asked her to please clean it up all the way across and she cut two small uneven triangles underneath her eyes and gave her hair eye bags, gave her back to me without asking me if i was satisfied. My other dog was fixed by another lady who actually took the time to make sure we were satisfied. I paid 60.00 a piece so someone could butcher one of my dogs. I am very upset. Love what you do and follow directions its not my problem if your tired or over it.
