  • I purchased a bookcase from Ashley. They delivered it last week. The delivery driver was very rough inside of my home. They ran into a chair in my family room, ran into my hall light. Once they were in my office they ran into my brand new $3200 desk. I politely told them that they just scratched my Desk and they immediately became defensive and denied it, even though My friend and I both saw them. I asked them to get their boss on the phone so I could speak to him. He came to my house two days later, then called me two days later to tell me that they will not pay to have my desk repaired. Essentially calling me a liar.....
