| - It seems to me that Bosley's whole marketing campaign is based upon their demographic's lack of confidence. Bosley's commercials, and informational videos in their office, have multiple testimonials regarding the gaining of lost confidence amongst their clients. I was honestly interested in working with Bosley to restore my hair-loss, and yes, I was not feeling as confident as I once was in the past. It seemed like a good option, and although it was costly, I was willing to pay the price... After all it was my hair! After an assessment, I decided to go through with getting a transplant. I talked to a friend who had the procedure done before, and he was not dissatisfied or satisfied, just somewhere in between. His major complaint though was the obvious scar that he had from the procedure. I thought about it some more and realized that I did not want a large scar, which the transplant Doctor also stated I would have afterwards, and I decided that I could live with my hair-loss. Bosley called me a couple of times and I told them to please not call me anymore. Months later, I am still getting calls from them! Of a matter of fact, VERY rude calls. My advice any male interested in a hair transplant is to embrace the bald!!! Accept yourself for who you are and do not let companies like Bosley make you feel like you need to buy in to their gimmick to restore your confidence. Confidence comes from within, not from a hair transplant! I am happy that I did not go through with the procedure and I am happy that I have accepted myself for who I really am. I was dissatisfied with my free consultation, which led to being harassed via phone.
