  • Update. Downgrade to 1 star. Ordered shower doors, the first one got lost in inventory, second got broken , 3rd was the wrong size. Ended up getting my money back, 2 months wasted. This place is awful. Yet I have to come here every day(it's a necessary evil, it's also the closest to my house) The manager Chris seems to give a sh$& But the assistant managers are sabotaging his work in my opinion. Ryan and Scott are not helping this store at all. They're are more condescending than courteous, they seem stressed out and overwhelmed, especially ryan. The stock is in absolute disarray most of the time, the shopping carts are all over the parking lot, the staff is , for the most part , very unhelpful ( except for Charles/tony in plumbing , Jerry in lumber,tony and Johanna at pro desk and James at the paint counter, Ricardo in lumber .) Georgia at the cash is also awesome. But these great employees still can't carry the store, and represent under 10% of the people I have to deal with .
