  • ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I called Renco on Monday and I they scheduled an appt for us in TWO DAYS!!! We have potential buyers for our home and will be negotiating the necessary repairs for our roof, which were found during the inspection. The inspector found small areas on the roof where it looked like a wood pecker pecked small holes in our foam roof. My husband and I wanted a roofing company that is licensed, bonded and insured and Renco Roofing had met all our criterias for that. They also have great reviews online. I also liked that they are an established family owned business. Keith from Remco came out at 10:30 am prompt and as scheduled. He is very professional and represents the company well. He showed me his Renco Business Card after introducing himself. Keith got to work immediately and went up on the roof. He was up there almost an hour and than when he was finished, we discussed his findings. He stated he walked the whole roof and REPAIRED the wood pecker holes for free!!!!! He said they were really tiny and not that many. Also, there were two small areas that needed patching near a scuffer and near the airconditioner. Keith patched those as well!!!! He knew the situation my husband and I are in, regarding our home. He stated that he was coming to give us a free estimate and figured that once he was up on the roof and saw the minor repairs needed, he would just repair the areas for us!!!! Keith also took pictures and sent them to me along with an informal report via an email- at no charge. He asked if I needed a formal report in the email he first sent me. I told him I did and he stated he would get it out tonight. He worked all day and Keith went out of his way for us. He has the good old Midwestern values that you just dont see very often in business people. I asked for his business cards and will pass them out to family and friends. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KEITH AND RENCO ROOFERS!!!! Thanks Keith!!!!!!!!
