  • They're a great place to eat at after hitting the bars on green- they're open until 3am practically every school night. The food is really hit-and-miss, though. Some times it's been amazing and some times it's been really crappy. The one amazing constant has been their chips and salsa. They give those for free with your food- their salsa is 100% better than maize's and that's saying something. Absolutely love the recipe!! I've had deliveries from Tortica's over 6 times every month. I would always ask for extra chips and salsa, and they would oblige! Prices are really cheap too.
