I called Direct TV to get information on the programs that we have. I started talking to the rep Jane and she started verifing information and I answered all her questions except I was not my husband. So I gave her the old passcode( and every other time I have called the people have helped me) and she said that he needed to call in and set up a new passcode. No problem with that but it makes my life easier if I can give him some type of idea of what he has to do and how long its going to take. My husband doesn't like to talk on the phone. So she starts getting upset and raising her voice. So I ask for a supervisor. After being on hold for 30 minutes( without anyone coming back on the line to say " I am still working on getting a supervisor for you). Anyways finally the supervisor Toni gets on line and explains that due to new Security Procedures they are requiring this.
