  • The secret is, if it's after 12 and you want coffee, they only brew Pikes Place. If you want any other type of drip coffee, you'll need to wait 4-8 minutes for a pour-over, and the flavor is usually much more bold. Also, if there's any kind of a line at all, opt for the drive-thru which gets priority over indoor drink orders. In either case, be prepared to wait a few extra minutes more than your traditional Starbucks location. It's also noteworthy that this location serves the surrounding businesses, so it closes very early.
