  • Worst customer service ever! Walked in and walked around for about 10-15 minutes, no one said hello, no one even acknowledged myself or my family. A man already being helped got up to look at other glasses was immediately asked if he needed help all the mean while no one approached me. Then a man and his wife walked in and where immediately approached. I was so frustrated i just walked out. The customer service at this location is absolutely horrendous... i have never been treated as though Im just "window shopping". I have been a life long lense crafters client... this store made me question my loyalty. I called the manager and all i got was "I'm Sorry. I'll address it with my staff." Word of advise management... your staff do not care- fire them and get people who want/need a job! The four people sitting at a desk ignoring customers obviously don't need one. PS i only give this place a one star because I had too to leave a review. A Very Angry Customer!!!!!
