  • One hour AC installed a new unit on my house and it worked (mostly) without more than one failure. Until after the warranty expired. Then I had issues with it ever since. They gave me an estimate to repair it that was more than the unit cost, and twice what other ac companies quotes for replacement. Another AC company told me the design on the Xenon unit they sold me made it almost impossible to repair. Don't let these guys replace your AC unit, or you will be sorry.
